The pool is not heated year round and closed during the fall and winter, but the hot tub is open. Please also replace the tub cover when you are finished and leave. The area is monitored by CCTV for everyone's safety.

Please be courteous when using the hot tub as they are often located near a neighbor or two. Please also replace the tub cover when you are finished and leave.
Areas outside the front doors and in the garage alleyways are common areas and maintained by the HOA. Residents should not place personal items in these area for extended periods of time.
All non-garage parking spots in the community are classified as guest parking. Overnight parking is not allowed in guest parking and violators may be towed. Please do not attempt to parallel park behind the garage which may prevent neighbors from driving in and out of their garages. Please refer to HOA Documents for details.
Overnight parking along California Ave. and Pajaro Ave. is permitted.
Short term permits for overnight guest parking may be requested. Call 1-408-721-3497 Leave a message with your name, unit #, make and license number of the car, dates for the permit and your phone number.
Please give 48 hours notice.
Each year the HOA conducts fire alarm and fire sprinkler inspections. You will be notified by the property manager and the unit must be made available briefly for the HOA to enter. If any forms must be filled out please forward to the property manager.
From time-to-time, the HOA will perform maintenance or require access to the unit or balcony. We will do our best to give you advanced notice of these events. These may include fire inspections, gutter cleaning, roof access, exterior painting, etc.
Trash may be left out no earlier than Monday morning and bins must be retrieved Tuesday night. Food scraps should be segregated from general trash and placed into the correct compartment of the wheeled trash can. Larger cardboard must be bundled together an no larger than 30"x30"x6". Please refer to HOA Documents for details.
The Gardens of Sunnyvale is a no smoking complex, in accordance with a City of Sunnyvale ordinance.
