These are covered by the homeowner and the HOA. Trash and recycling pickup are on Tuesday mornings. The water main valve is located on the garage wall to the left of the roll-up garage door.

This unit is assigned box 13 which can be found near the entrance to the garage alleyway. Mail delivery is the responsibility of the USPS. There are also package lockers when the USPS delivers items that will not fit in the small boxes. UPS and FedEx are typically delivered to the front door.

Residents should obtain their own HO-6 policies to cover the contents of the townhome and their possessions. The HOA has a policy which covers the structure.
