Electricity and Gas are provided by Pacific Gas and Electric (aka PG&E). The electrical panel is located in the laundry room. New residents must contact PG&E to switch billing over effective the first day of occupancy. 1-800-743-5000. www.pge.com

These are covered by the homeowner and the HOA. Trash and recycling pickup are on Tuesday mornings. The water main valve is located on the garage wall to the left of the roll-up garage door.

Comcast is the cable provider. They offer voice, data, and TV services (Xfinity) by subscription. 1-800-934-6489. www.comcast.com

AT&T provides voice, data, and TV services (Uverse via DSL) by subscription. 1-800-288-2020. www.att.com

This unit is assigned box 13 which can be found near the entrance to the garage alleyway. Mail delivery is the responsibility of the USPS. There are also package lockers when the USPS delivers items that will not fit in the small boxes. UPS and FedEx are typically delivered to the front door.

Residents should obtain their own HO-6 policies to cover the contents of the townhome and their possessions. The HOA has a policy which covers the structure.
